These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flex Trade Media website, content, community, and subscription products (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your country of residence, including any laws governing trading or investing.

2. Nature of the Service — Educational Only

Flex Trade Media provides educational content, market commentary, and a private community for traders. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing offered through the Service constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any signals, watchlists, ideas, opinions, or analysis we share reflect our own views and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses. Please review our Risk Disclosure in full before subscribing.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Monthly plans renew automatically every month at the then-current rate.
• Annual plans renew automatically every twelve (12) months at the then-current rate.
• All fees are charged in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account dashboard.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within seven (7) days of the initial purchase, provided you have not received material benefit (e.g., attended live calls or downloaded paid materials). After seven days, annual plans are non-refundable. Renewal charges on annual plans are non-refundable.

5. Account & Acceptable Use

You agree to keep your login credentials secure and to use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, screenshot, screen-record, or republish any signals, content, or community discussions outside the Service.
• Allow another person to use your account, or operate more than one account, without our written permission.
• Harass, threaten, spam, or shill within the community.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated tools against the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Flex Trade Media or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription.

7. No Guarantees

Trading carries substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We make no representation or guarantee that you will achieve any particular outcome from using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flex Trade Media and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flex Trade Media from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.

10. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
